Loci — Privacy Policy

Short version: Loci does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app has no internet access, no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. Everything you make stays on your device.

What data we collect

None. Loci does not gather personal information of any kind. There is no sign-up, no profile, and no tracking.

Internet & third parties

Loci does not request internet permission, so the app is technically unable to send your data anywhere. We use no analytics services, no advertising networks, and no third-party tracking or software development kits.

Your artwork and files

Artworks and project files you create are stored locally on your device. They leave your device only when you explicitly choose to — for example by saving an image to your gallery, exporting a .loci file, or sharing through your device's share sheet. In those cases the file is handed to the app you pick (gallery, email, messaging, etc.), and from that point it is governed by that app's own policies.

Device permissions

Loci uses a small number of Android permissions, only to provide app features:

Vibration — for the tactile feedback (haptics) on controls.
Set wallpaper — only when you choose to set a creation as your wallpaper.
Saving images/videos — only when you tap Save or Share, to place the file in your device's gallery.

None of these permissions are used to collect or share information about you.

Children

Loci is safe for all ages. Because it collects no data, it does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
